History
Shokouh Tia Company, a limited liability company with National ID 10103469339, was registered under number 309190 on November 4, 2007 (13/08/1386 in the Persian calendar) in Tehran. The company’s activities include the production of sweets and chocolates made from pistachios and almonds, as well as packaging and distribution of various dried nuts and related products. In 2009 (1388), it was converted into a private joint-stock company. According to the extraordinary general assembly meeting held on January 26, 2021 (07/11/1399) and based on letter number 1400/30328 dated May 10, 2021 (20/02/1400) from the Tehran Joint Stock Companies Registration Office, the company was registered under number 5224 on May 20, 2021 (30/02/1400) in the Registry of Companies and Non-Commercial Institutions. Its address was then relocated to Kerman Province, Sirjan County, Central District, Sirjan city, Special Economic Zone neighborhood, Alley No. 2, Iran Boulevard. Finally, based on the extraordinary general assembly meeting dated February 14, 2024 (25/11/1402), the company’s address was moved to Kerman Province, Sirjan County, Central District, Najafabad Rural District, Jalalabad village, Jalalabad, Main Road, Baft Road.

Activities
Since its inception, Shokouh Tia Company began its operations by producing chocolate in a factory located in Karaj County. To expand and enhance its activities, the company launched the brand "Kerena" and entered the production and packaging of small packages, including pistachio packs, pistachio kernels, various seeds, and seed kernels. Through one of the leading distribution companies, its products were distributed across domestic markets and various provinces. Continuing this path, by identifying new markets and focusing on the younger generation, and aiming to promote a healthy supply chain under the brand "Wasabi," the company introduced innovative approaches and new products to the domestic market.
