Kalleh Ghouchi pistachio has a sweeter taste compared to other varieties, and its size grading typically ranges from 18–20 to 24–26, reflecting the remarkable largeness of this pistachio type. Its appearance closely resembles American pistachios, which has caused it, despite its excellent qualities, to somewhat yield its position to Akbari pistachios in the global market.
